State Representative Candidate Letter - June 05, 2026 Windham Independent
Daniel Popovici-Muller - State Representative Candidate Letter
Thank you all for trusting me to be your representative in Concord for the last two terms.
I am running for a third state representative term and would like to ask for your support in the Republican primary election on September 8.
I will continue to strongly defend and improve on New Hampshire’s low taxes, protection of personal freedoms, excellent education system and business friendly environment. I will oppose any effort to impose sales, income or similar broad based taxes.
While last time this was more of a long term concern, the Democrats made it very clear recently that as soon as they have the power, they will introduce an income tax, and that would be the beginning the end for The New Hampshire Advantage, which took took decades of hard work and a strong commitment to limited government and low taxes.
An income tax would destroy our advantage and turn New Hampshire into just another Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island. I will always fight against an income or sales tax. No income tax. Not now. Not ever.
During my last term, I became the Vice-Chairman of Finance 2, and also joined Education Funding. Both are among the busiest of all standing committees, so for the last two years, I was in Concord every day from early January to late April. I will use my hard earned experience and the bipartisan relationships I built over the last two terms to continue to deliver results next term.
I will knock on doors all summer, and will continue making myself available to anyone who has questions for me or wants me to hear their thoughts - I strongly believe in listening to everyone’s voice before making decisions that affect us all.
I will continue writing letters to the editor to further inform you about my legislative work and what my priorities will be if re-elected. My website will be redesigned in a few weeks, and I will let you know as soon as it is updated.
Please reach out to me at 603 267 4142 (call or text) or at dpmwindham@gmail.com (a quick call or text after emailing me would greatly help) with any questions or concerns. I worked hard to deserve and reward your support, and will keep working hard to earn it again on September 8.
