Diane Rogers has spent her whole life in New Hampshire — and the last 32 years right here in Pelham. She knows this town the way you only know a place you never wanted to leave.
She served in the Army Reserve, comes from a military family, and has been married for 33 years. She and her husband raised two children through Pelham's public schools — one became a nurse practitioner, the other runs a nursing home.
For 23 years, Diane drove a school bus through Pelham and the surrounding towns. She volunteered in classrooms, worked the cafeteria at Pelham Elementary, and raised her family at St. Patrick's Parish alongside neighbors she still knows today. She knocked on doors and worked the polls for the Trump campaign.
Her priorities come from living here — keeping property taxes low so seniors aren't forced out and young families can afford to stay, standing behind law enforcement and the Second Amendment, and defending medical freedom against government mandates.

Lower Property Taxes
Diane will push to reduce Pelham's reliance on property taxes by cutting wasteful state spending and returning more education funding directly to towns. She'll oppose any Concord mandate that forces municipalities to raise rates — because with no income or sales tax, holding the line on property taxes keeps New Hampshire affordable.
Clean, Affordable Energy
Diane will fight to expand nuclear energy in New Hampshire's grid to bring down electricity rates that have crushed Pelham families and small businesses for years. She'll oppose regulatory barriers that block cost-effective clean energy and push utilities to diversify away from expensive imported power.
Election Integrity
Only New Hampshire residents should vote in New Hampshire elections. Diane authored legislation on this issue and supports House Bill 1618 (2026), which pushes for proof of permanent domicile before voter registration — ensuring out-of-state college students who pay no property taxes can't decide elections for the communities that bear those costs.
Medical Freedom, No Mandates
Diane will oppose any state or local vaccine or medical mandate, and vote against legislation that ties school enrollment, employment, or public services to personal medical decisions. She'll work to codify patient privacy so no Granite Stater faces government coercion over their own body.
Parental Rights
Diane will ensure Pelham parents have full access to their children's school records, curriculum, and any conversations staff have with their kids about sensitive topics — without delay. She supports expanding Education Freedom Accounts and opposes any policy that hides information from parents.
Life & Liberty
Diane will preserve the Live Free or Die spirit by blocking any attempt to impose income or sales taxes. She stands behind law enforcement and the Second Amendment, and will fight to protect women's spaces and push back against government overreach into family and medical decisions.

When she isn't working, Diane is walking her dog, skiing, skating, boating at Newfound Lake, hiking, or picking berries at local farms. The seasons are part of why she stayed — and why she's fighting to make sure Pelham stays a place families can afford to call home.
