Who Is Paul Martino

Neighbor First.
Politician Never.

Husband. Father. Business leader. Proud member of this community.

Paul Martino is running for State Representative in Rockingham District 38 — serving Rye, Greenland, and North Hampton — because our seacoast towns deserve a voice grounded in real life, not political theater.

He's no career politician. But he has served two terms on North Hampton's Budget Committee, including as Chairman. That experience taught him a simple truth: government works best when it's grounded in the lives and concerns of everyday citizens — not political institutions.

Paul is a fiscally responsible candidate who rejects extreme views. He believes in responsible government, individual freedom, and common-sense solutions that actually hold up outside the State House.

How Paul Leads

Common Ground
Beats Cheap Talk

No two people agree on everything — and that's okay. The best solutions come from listening to one another, finding the common ground, and combining different perspectives. Most great decisions are hybrids, not ideological absolutes.

Listen First

Before casting a single vote, hear from the people who actually live with the consequences of it.

Lead With Integrity

Say what you mean, keep your word, and never forget who you were sent to Concord to serve.

Reject the Extremes

Responsible government, individual freedom, and practical solutions — not partisan performance.

Respect the Taxpayer

Budget discipline learned the hard way — line by line, at the local level, with your money on the line.

The Priorities

What Paul Will Fight For

Three concrete priorities for Rye, Greenland, and North Hampton — built on responsibility, opportunity, and results.

01

Affordability

New Hampshire is a great place to live, so keeping it affordable matters. Government should be responsible with taxpayer dollars — monitoring the impact spending has on their residents.

02

Housing

Housing affordability affects young adults, families, and longtime residents alike. We should incentivize housing opportunities while respecting the character and needs of local communities.

03

Education

Strong schools are essential to New Hampshire's future and economy. Education policy should focus on student outcomes, responsible use of taxpayer dollars, and providing meaningful educational opportunities.

The Standard
Elected officials should listen first, lead with integrity, and always remember who they serve.

Rooted Right Here

Rye. Greenland. North Hampton. These aren't lines on a map to Paul — they're the neighborhoods, ballfields, town halls, and dinner tables where his family built their life.

That's why this campaign is being run the old-fashioned way: door to door, conversation by conversation. Paul looks forward to meeting more residents in the near future and earning your trust, your support, and your vote.
