Bob Lynn has called Windham home for 30 years. He is married with four children and seven grandchildren, and he has served as State Representative since 2020 — now running for his fourth term and chairing the powerful House Judiciary Committee.
Bob brings something most legislators simply don't have: nearly 27 years inside the New Hampshire justice system as a Superior and Supreme Court justice. He retired in 2019 as Chief Justice of the New Hampshire Supreme Court, stepping down at the mandatory retirement age of 70.
Before that, he served as a federal prosecutor in New York, Connecticut, New Hampshire and Boston, finishing that chapter as Chief of the U.S. Justice Department's New England Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Special Agent with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration and served seven years on the Bow School Board.
Windham voters have sent him back three times because they know exactly what they're getting: someone who has spent a career in the law, understands how it actually works, and shows up to do the job.

No Sales or Income Tax
The surest way to keep taxes low is to control spending — and to restrain the revenue government has available to spend. New Hampshire voters have made clear, over and over, that they reject broad-based taxes. I am steadfastly committed to opposing such taxes in any form.
Protecting Our First & Second Amendment Rights
Our freedoms of speech and religion, and our right to keep and bear arms, are under attack from left-wing organizations and the ascendant socialist wing of the Democratic Party. I have fought hard to guard against encroachments on these fundamental constitutional rights, and I will continue to make them a top priority.
Housing With Local Control
New Hampshire needs more housing, and the legislature has a role to play. But state law must not override the ability of local communities to shape their own destinies. My voting record shows I carefully scrutinize legislation to strike the right balance between state and local authority.
