Announcement of Candidacy

Hi,

I’m State Representative Bob Lynn from Windham and I'm pleased to announce that I will be running for re-election in 2026 to a fourth term representing Rockingham District 17 in the New Hampshire House of Representatives.

It has been an honor and a privilege to represent the citizens of our great Town of Windham over the last six years and I humbly ask for your support for election to another term. I believe that I have served the interests of our Town well during my tenure in the House and you have my firm commitment that I will continue to do so if re-elected.

 As my voting record attests, I am a conservative Republican who believes strongly in the fundamental principles of our party, namely, that state government should be kept as small and unintrusive as reasonably possible so that taxes remain low, spending is held in check, the regulatory environment is citizen and business- friendly, and individual rights and freedoms are protected. I am a strong supporter of our Governor, Kelly Ayotte, and share her view that we must be ever vigilant to ensure that we do not "Mass Up New Hampshire." I worked closely with Governor Ayotte during the last legislative session on, among other issues, revised education funding legislation, and I look forward to continuing to work with her going forward.

Although I have strong conservative values, I also endeavor whenever possible to work collaboratively across the aisle with our Democratic House colleagues, when this can be done without compromising my core principles; and I am happy to report that such efforts have proved successful on a variety of issues. I have attached to my Facebook page (Bob Lynn for State Representative) a copy of my campaign palm card, which contains a summary of my background and a listing of where I stand on issues that I believe are of importance to the voters of Windham.
